Scottish Ale (partial-mash)

- Ingredients:
- 2 lb. Vienna malt
- 1.5 lb. Munich malt
- 12 oz. Crystal 40
- 12 oz. Victory malt
- 8 oz. Biscuit malt
- 2 oz. Chocolate malt
- 2 oz. Roasted barley
- 1 lb. Briess Amber DME (60 min)
- 3.3 lb. Briess Gold LME (15 min)
- 1 oz. East Kent Golding (60 min)
- Wyeast 1728
- Directions:
- Mash grains at 150-153 for 1 hour.
- Add extracts and hops according to schedule above
