Scottish Ale (partial-mash)

Ingredients:
2 lb. Vienna malt
1.5 lb. Munich malt
12 oz. Crystal 40
12 oz. Victory malt
8 oz. Biscuit malt
2 oz. Chocolate malt
2 oz. Roasted barley
1 lb. Briess Amber DME (60 min)
3.3 lb. Briess Gold LME (15 min)
1 oz. East Kent Golding (60 min)
Wyeast 1728
Directions:
Mash grains at 150-153 for 1 hour.
Add extracts and hops according to schedule above
