It's going to be uncommonly warm this Derby Day as thousands of homebrewers light their burners in unison. Join the GHHA, American Homebrewers Association, and thousands of other homebrewers across the country as we celebrate all things homebrew during this year's National Homebrew Day Big Brew!
Brewing will begin at 10:00 AM in two locations: at the Zalewski's for those in the Huntington area, and Rich Ireland's for those closer to Charleston. A nationwide toast will take place at noon. Bring a covered dish for lunch and/or dinner and some homebrew to get everyone through the day. You may bring your setup the day before or the day of, or if you don't feel like brewing your own, just come and watch, assist, and enjoy the atmostphere. You may even get to see some ponies run in a circle!
The AHA has posted this year's recipes, so be sure to order your ingredients in time for the big day.
